1977 International Scout ii custom to the teeth.
$11,500 OBO (will consider trade, or trade and cash. Looking for a 4x4 SUV or Truck that can make long distance drives often.)
ABOUT THE SCOUT ii
I picked up this scout a few months back as a fun project off a gentleman that had it for 30+ years. It was not running when I got it. I rebuild everything under the hood to get it running great! 4x4 works. This Scout Growls.
Frame is straight. Body is bent. I have the hood and doors. But extreme body work will need to be done for the doors to go on.
WHAT IT HAS!
383 6.3L from a 1969 Plymouth Road Runner. This is a rebuild with only 27,000 miles on it.
727-A Transmission. 3 speed automatic.
Oversized radiator
After market custom suspension.
updated power steering and better turning radius.(its amazing)
WORK IVE DONE!
- new battery
- new alternator
- new universal joints on the drive shaft
- new gaskets on exhaust manifold, exhaust, valve covers, and oil pan, water pump, thermestate.
- new spark plugs
- added "KC" lights.
- new fuel lines
- fuel tank cleaned.
- rebuild carb
- new vacuum hoses
- new thermostat (180 degrees)
- added oil, temp gauges
- new fuel filters, front and back
- new heater hoses and valve
- new acceleration pedal.
- new valve covers
- oil changed 3 times to clean everything well.
