Just contact them and tell them you want to finance for a private party purchase and they'll manage the paperwork and the payoff! We like Oregon Community Credit Union but I know most of them in town will do the financing.
You can also try lightstream.com. They do all financing online, deposit the money to your account, and you pay cash. I haven't used them but have heard good things.
