I have the original title to this vehicle which I purchased from the previous owner. However, according to DMV there was a duplicate title issued after the original title therefore they will not register this in my name. There is a state police theft check process to resolve such issues. Im not interested in the hassle. Ill provide all the paperwork I have collected.
