Buy with a measure of confidence knowing that I already replaced many common parts that go bad on these trucks! I am selling my favorite truck because my work load forced me into a work van to hold more tools. I hate to say goodbye to her. It has been a great truck! Runs and drives great! I have had it for about 5 years and have made many upgrades and replaced a ton of parts, see below:
1. All brake lines now stainless steel
2. Front wheel bearings
3. Entire rear axle including rear wheel bearings
4. Manifold bolts

8. Idler arm
9. Pittman arm
10. Tie-rods
12. Brake calipers and rubber hoses

17. Spark plugs and wires

21. Added trailer brake control
And I'm sure I'm forgetting a few things!
Pretty much everything works except the heated seats and there is no working parking brake! The touch screen on the radio is struggling a bit as well. It does have a souped up stereo system with an amp and big bass speakers. That was done by the previous owner and I rarely turned it on. Interior is in nice shape! Check engine light is on but has been checked out and is in good mechanical order.
* The rocker panels are in need of replacement but you only see them when the doors are open so I never prioritized them. (see pics)
