Used 02 ford explorer eddie Bauer for sale in West point, CA

I have for sale an 02 ford explorer Eddie Bauer edition 4wd. It currently does NOT run. It has around 171k or 177k I can't remember cause since I haven't been driving it the battery ended up draining from something. It doesn't run cause it overheated really bad towing my boat. So I'm pretty sure there is water in the cylinders. Would need a new engine or a rebuild. It was my daily driver delivering mail until it broke down. I had recently put some work into it. Did both upper ball joints on the front. 3 out of 4 wheel bearings. Didn't do the back right cause it was still fine. One sway bar end link. New alternator new battery from 1/19. Tune up with expensive wires which I guess doesn't really matter. I have the two front lower ball joints but I didn't replace them cause I couldn't get the old ones out. One tie rod end that I didn't get to replace yet. Two almost new tires can't remember the brand but believe they're 245 75 16 will get pics of them soon. Not willing to part out want the whole thing gone asap. Oh and the passenger side windows don't work cause the regulators broke. Sure I'm for getting a few things though.
