I have a 2002 Mercury Cougar Coupe, XR edition, Red, Automatic, Red and Black leather interior (excellent condition!) moonroof, 80k miles, runs and drives well! Overall really nice condition!
Cons: The title is NO good for registering. Was sold to me by illegitimate company. Vin check is clear, but essentially selling with NO TITLE (even though I have it)
The check engine light is on for code P0401 (the EGR valve, which I may fix by sale, $60),
The a.c does not seem to work well,
There is a rust spot on each side of the car on the quarter panel as shown in the photos,
The sunroof motor does not work, but it is shut and sealed (no leaks).
