Used 05 honda civic SI EP3! ONLY 116K clean title - cars & trucks - by... for sale in Garden City, ID

I'm selling my 05 ep3. I've owned it for 2 years. It has been a fun little car. It has full adjustable magen suspension, Megan intake manifold and fuel rail. Cold air intake. Solid motor and transmission mounts. Bluetooth and aux, sunroof, power windows ect, the car runs and drives good. The transmission is smooth no pop out or grinds and with the solid mounts you get crisp shifts. I have the clean title in ready to go. No accedents on records but it has a missing side skirt due to it being so low and getting stuck, bumper paint is chipping. The top of the windshield is cracked. I have documented all the cosmetic flaws so no ones time is wasted and you know what you are getting. Check out pics.
Ac and heater work great and the tires are good.

Check engine light is on although I've replaced the catalytic converter and 02 sensors the car still runs rich and throws a code.

Car does not burn oil or smoke.
Please do not waste my time 4500 OBO
