08 kia sportage ex (the luxury model) 4wd automatic, 2.7L 6 cyl
read carefully
The good: 4wd, power sunroof, heated seats, power steering, windows & locks, good tires, this vehicle is in great shape.
The bad: timing belt broke, it's an interference motor so 80-90% chance the motor is shot. Been sitting for a year & a half. The drivers side door handle broke last fall & when we moved it a couple months ago it seemed that the rear brakes seized and battery is dead.
I was going to fix this vehicle but I just dont have the ready cash to invest. Although if it's still here I may change my mind and fix and keep it.
If you dont have the money, dont waste your time trying to lowball me. Just move on. I know what I have.
Carfax has these vehicles valued at $6000-$8300. A motor for this is in the $1000 range. I just found 3, with warranty available, for $800. If you are handy, drop a new motor in it and it's an awesome vehicle. Title in hand.
