Original owner, 2009 Accord. Annual miles less than 10k (118k total mileage), used primarily for commuting on the highway.

Interior extremely clean, leather in great shape given it’s age. Slight indentation in rear seat due to children’s seat. Exterior is clean and shiny with hardly any dings.

-brand new Toyo-Extensa tires and alignment on Monday of this week!
-exterior painted less than 2 years ago with OEM Honda paint. We intended to keep it and wanted to prevent rust where is was faded on the roof.
-all electronics, window and seat motors, sunroof, etc. working
- all oil changes, filters, inspections, performed diligently on time and 99% of the time by the Honda dealership
-all recommended service completed on time as recommended by Honda dealerships (transmission fluid, etc)
-the 4 cylinder engine has a drive ‘chain’ instead of ‘belt’ so there is no costly replacement or rubber to wear down.
To put it simply, we have taken great care of this car and it has a lot of life left to give.

I have worked with the Honda dealership on appropriate pricing, done a nationwide search using one of the 3 major car sites to see what the same model/year is selling for, and I’ve also averaged the ‘good pricing’ from the 3 major car evaluation sites to come to this pricing. I do hold the clean to tile to the car.
