Vehicle Description
BEAUTIFUL 1931 MODEL 'A' COUPE. PRICE REDUCED TO $27,500.00!!
PLEASE NOTE: Most of the photos in my ad were taken by the Broker I bought the car from, in spring 2017. These pictures much better represent the car, and color. The final picture is current, and shows the new BF Goodrich Silvertown Whitewall tires with Wheel Vintiques wheels, painted to match the car, all installed this past year. New Wheel Vintiques trim rings & '47 Ford hub caps have been added. P185/70R14 tires on 14X6 wheels up front, and P215/70R15 tires on 15 x 7" wheels in the rear.
This car was originally title in Pennsylvania, but is now registered and Titled in State of Arizona as a 1931 Ford
BODY: The un-chopped STEEL body, fenders, and hood are LASER STRAIGHT. There are NO dings or dents anywhere on the car. ONLY the smooth running boards are made of fiberglass. The red finish is free of nicks or scratches.
All glass is perfect, windows roll up & down smoothly, and the windshield tilts out as originally made.
The grained vinyl top looks like new. It is very sound, does not leak at all.
Every piece of Chromed Steel and Stainless Steel is like new.
INTERIOR: The super comfortable, power bucket seats are covered in a very light tan. The balance of the interior trim is in ivory, accented in beige.
Speedometer and gauges are AutoMeter Pro Comp
Steering column is GM tilt column (tilt hand lever missing), with column shift.
All interior and exterior lighting works properly, including turn signals
CHASSIS: The aftermarket chassis is meticulously detailed and painted in satin black, as is the complete underside of the car.
The front suspension is the Mustang II design, with rack & pinion steering, and disc brakes. It has a new CPP Corvette style remote fill master cylinder, and a CNC remote reservoir. In the rear is the four-bar suspension, coil springs, and a 9 inch Ford rear end with drum brakes.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION: G.M. Goodwrench 350, 4-Bolt main Engine. This engine and 700R-4 Transmission were installed new when the car was built, 6200 miles ago. It starts right up and runs extremely well and strong. Transmission shifts smoothly.
Please call Randy @ show contact info with any questions, and to arrange to come and inspect the car. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
The car is sold AS-IS; WHERE-IS. Transport of the car would be at BUYER's expense.
The car is listed locally For Sale, and the Seller reserves the Right do discontinue this auction at any time.
