Old School Cruising at its best! 1940 Ford Deluxe with a '49 Mercury Flathead V-8. No crate 350 here! Motor runs strong and will cruise at highway speeds no problem. Original 3 speed tranny. Clutch, pressure plate and bearing replaced with motor rebuild about 2500 miles ago. The rear end is original style with a higher touring rear ratio. Custom interior with no wear or tears. Looks sharp! Custom gauges all working. Car has 12 volt conversion. Holley electric fuel pump and pressure regulator, aux power outlet in dash, hidden amplifier with aux cord to play your cruising tunes from your iphone. Car has the heater box and fan blows and heat works as it should. Wind up clock in dash even works!

BRAKES: Disc brakes on front and drum on rear. All in good shape. Emergency brake works as it should.

SUSPENSION: Super Bell 4" drop axle on front (original axle goes with the car). Rear was lowered using lowering springs. Tube style shocks added on front and rear. Car has nice stance and handles well.

TIRES: Coker Wide White Wall Radials. 195/15 on front and 335/15 on rear

PAINT & CHROME: Paint is single stage urethane and looks good. Driver quality but shows very well at cruise ins and car shows. No rust or issues with paint or body. Fenders and hood all steel. Chrome and trim shows well with a few small places showing some age but still polishes up well.
