This is a Business Coupe, which was produced without a rear seat. A wide package tray and roomy floor area enabled traveling sales people a place to store their samples and literature. This car retains the rear open area.The chassis has been modified, using a Mustang II independent front suspension for better ride and handling. The car is fitted with the rack and pinion steering system from the Mustang. Wilwood disc brakes have been fitted to all 4 wheels for stopping safety.The stock rear axle has been replaced with an updated Ford 8.8 inch limited slip differential. The rear axle has been fitted with an anti-sway bar again for handling and ride quality.The motor is a center bolt LT1 Chevrolet 350. This appears to be a 4 bolt main, one piece rear main seal motor. It is connected to a manual 5 speed transmission.The interior has been redone to include: Vintage Air A/C system, Dakota Digital gauges, custom seats, door panels and headliner. All new custom carpet has been installed throughout the car.The exterior of the car has been cleaned up with the removal of all side trim strips, shaved door handles; excellent body work prevails. Only the original chrome on the deck lid remains along with the original trunk hardware.
