Vehicle Description
1946 Ford Super DeLuxe Station Wagon Model 79B, maintained as original and stock style. Still has original (when built by Ford) 100 HP Flathead V8. Matching serial numbers with engine, frame and body. All three original seats recovered to original color and stitching providing seating for eight. Loaded with original equipment and many Ford accessory items. Remains 6 volt with rebuilt starter, generator, carburetor with many original replacement parts. Five new original style 16" tires and tubes.
Preserved as original, this used station wagon feels like one you would experience in the 1950s, and 1960s. Instead of a rebuilt/reconstructed wood kit car with outsourced engines and transmissions. Not a trailer queen, just an honest original car than can carry dogs and friends without a care.
Documented 40 year history in Beverly Hills and Pasadena. A great example of a 'forever' classic car that the whole family can enjoy. Current registration and clean California title in my name.
