This 1947 Ford Deluxe Coupe Resto-Mod has been built with a SBC 350 with a mild cam, new headers, new Edelbrock high rise intake, new Edelbrock 600 four barrel carb. With electric choke, new battery, new air cleaner/filter, new aluminum radiator with new electric cooling fans, new engine dress up kit/serpentine conversion to include; new power steering pump, A/C compressor, alternator, hoses, belt and water pump. It also has a new fuel filter, new lower fuel tank, (yes it has two – 17 gallon factory tank under car & a 20 gallon fuel cell hidden in trunk behind partition. Tanks can be switched on the fly and the gauge reads both tanks), new electric fuel pump, new electric fuel switch, all new brake components including lines, master cylinder, booster, calipers, pads, wheel cylinders and shoes. Vintage A/C. Also new oil, filter and lube. New B. F. Goodrich tires mounted on American Racing Torque Trust 2 rims with steel chrome valve stems and spline drive locking lug nuts. Four new shocks. Turbo 350 transmission was just rebuilt and has a 2500 RPM stall converter in it. The body underwent a complete frame on restore with new seals, new trunk hardware, inside and outside door hardware to include window cranks, escutcheons, lock cylinders, keys, mirrors, wipers and wiper arms. New bumpers were added with custom fabricated brackets. The paint is a stunning Ocean Blue FX Shimrin2 (2nd gen) FX Kosmic Sparks Pearl Pigment from House of Color. Pictures do not do it justice. Gauges work correctly. New multi-color interior LED lighting, new XAV-AX7000 Sony double din high powered stereo with, back up camera, phone, google maps, Bluetooth, USB, etc. and four new 6 ½ inch round speakers. It all sits on Chevy Camaro front and rear clips. All work was professionally done and done correctly. I’m sure there’s more that I’m missing. This car takes a trophy at every show it’s been to.
