Vehicle Description
Listing this 1949 Mercury Sedan for my friends dad. We spent the last few weeks making sure she’s solid - which didn’t take much. With the original flathead V8 (255 ci) and standard transmission (three on the tree), she operates just as she should.
Recently we had the starter rebuilt, new OEM Motorcraft battery and fuel pump installed. Car was upgraded from 6 volt to 12 volt (with new alternator installed) when restored in late 2013/early 2014. Had the car professionally appraised in August - 2014 and was valued at $27,500.
She gets smiles and thumbs up every time we take her out. Photos/details of the appraisal are shown, but let me know if you have any specific questions or would like to arrange a time to take a look. Price is $27,500. Thank you!
