Vehicle Description
1953 CHEVY 210 2-Door Is “The 1950’s KING of the Rockabilly Nostalgia.”
This 1953 210 is a phenomenal example of originality that the 1950’s gave to Americana culture. The Rock & Roll of Elvis Presley to the beginning of Hot Rod culture. Believed to have 61,580 original miles!
The very cool stance has been achieved by lowering front springs. This had given the correct look and feel of the Hot Rod era of the ‘50’s. The GM slotted mag wheels make all difference to give that pop in the details. The more you look at this ‘53 the more impressed with the construction and styling. To bring every original detail to life New chrome front & rear bumpers. Just look at the shine on the newly chromed grill … WOW!
Equipped with a host of factory options like the inline 6-Cylinder, and a three on the tree Transmission that shifts smooth, and drum brakes. Look at the 110 MPH speedometer! The instrument / gauges have great chrome and detail. Only in the 50’s can you find such cool art deco styling. The finned dash looks as it did when new.
This fantastic looking interior is all original. The headliner is in perfect condition. The door panels and trim look great! Even the sun visors look as if new. The two-tone dash paint does not even have a scratch… Beautiful!
All body, windshield, and rear window trim is clean and bright free of any dents that in itself is a miracle. The rocket hood ornament, hood and trunk Chevrolet emblems show some pitting. The paint looks to be original with exactly right amount of patina to make ‘53 cool. Note the body is clean of rust having spent its life in California.
