Vehicle Description
Representing a collection of three Corvettes in states of recommission, one 1953, and two 1954's, as well as a vast collection of related Corvette parts, the majority of these from these vintages, the collection is now being offered in its entirety.
The 1953 Corvette is number 202 of only 300 produced. 235 are known to remain worldwide. We have VIN tags and titles for all three cars.
Being sold as a complete lot, and will not be broken up. No exceptions
Too many items to list and post all the photos and items herein. It is very vast and diverse.
Realistically, these are cars will require completion and probably not everything is there to do so, however whatever is missing is verifiably available from other individuals the collector knew for decades and we can put you in contact with.
Anyone wishing to acquire the collection will obviously need a reasonably large building to store everything, as well as the resources to move it. We can assist in the loading. We have a forklift for the heavy items, i.e. Poweglide transmissions, differentials, engines, etc. No,.... they won't all fit in your garage unless you have a really large one... No kidding.
This is a unique opportunity to acquire some very unique cars, and associated parts, the most valuable of course being the 1953 Corvette, #202.
The collection will be shown by appointment only. The owner, who's husband passed away a few years ago is very private, and I will be representing everything for her, carefully vetting prospective buyers.
Offers will be accepted ONLY after the prospective buyer and or any of their representatives has personally viewed the collection. It's not what you expect, but what you inspect. Please DO NOT ask how much everything is, given we really do not know, but have a rough idea. There are too many items, many of which have significant value on today's market.
Thank you for looking and enjoy the photos.
