Used 1953 Ford Country Sedan FLATHEAD V-8 SURF WAGON for sale in Fullerton, CA

This 1953 Ford Country sedan spent it’s life in the dry climate of Palmdale, In Southern California.

First owner was a prop master at a major studio and was used in the background in several productions. Recently went through mild restoration.

Original 8BA Flathead V-8 with original carb and air filter, this was the last year of production. Original 3-on the tree transmission. Clean frame, rust free and straight.

Recently painted Base Coat/Clearcoat Sea foam green and cream for the classic 50’s Ford color scheme.

Chrome bumpers are original and look good. The rest of the hardware also looks good, small piece over the bumper on the drivers side is dented.

New carpet with correct mold installed, floors are solid, two rear pans replaced. Interior is a combination of genuine green leather and almond vinyl. New door panels and hardware. new front roll up and front and rear stationary quarter glass. New headliner in a matching cream color.

The flathead has recently been tuned up oil has been changed, so has the coil and plugs. Electrical system has been converted to 12v.
