1953 Mercury Monterey. A classic beauty Offered for sale is a nicely restored 1953 Mercury Monterey painted Red with a Black cloth and Red vinyl interior. This "Merc" is powered by a 350 Chevy engine, V8 engine and Four speed automatic transmission. Brakes are drum on all four corners. The car runs and drives as it should. The chrome and bright work are excellent, and the engine bay shows nicely.
Classic appearance and a very dependable ride will make this a great addition to any collection. Or, simply use as a weekend cruiser to hit the local car shows and events or even a daily driver. This Monterey represents an opportunity to own and drive a piece of "50's" motoring history. No Power steering, has the A/C parts but not installed.
I have owned this car for over four years have driven it only 100 miles, needs to go to somebody who can drive it regularly and enjoy this piece of "50's" motoring history.

This "Merc" is not 10/10 but with a little effort it can be 10/10. mileage shows over 24000 miles but I do not know if it is accurate, $12,900.00 obo, willing to trade (however trade value is $19,500,) up or down. What do you have?
