Vehicle Description
1954 4D Packard Patrician Limousine. Body in great shape. From the windows down, body stripped, very minor repair and shot with etching primer. Original straight 8. Tinted glass. Restoration started but needs to be finished. Bought a new battery for it but the engine won't start. Vehicle is sitting inside my garage. When first purchased by my daughter, she drove it onto the trailer. Unable to finish restoration .
