Vehicle Description
Field Find!!! Ran until parked 15 years ago. All glass is intact. It still has the plastic covers on front and back seats. No missing parts. I found it and just have too many other projects to take care of this beautiful "boat".
It is the model 5542. There were 7,979 of them produced. The '55 Packard was a technological marvel. It has a "Torsion-Level" suspension: long torsion bars connecting front and rear wheels on each side, making for a truly extraordinary ride despite it's two ton bulk. It has a 320cid V8.
