Vehicle Description
1957 Chevrolet Bel Air in the classic black and silver for sale.
This car had a full frame off restoration in 1996 with a tuned port 350 engine and 700R4 transmission. Wasn't driven in bad weather or winter and never stored outside, so there are no signs of rust.
New fuel tank, fuel pump, and fuel pressure regulator were installed last summer due to a leak in the previous fuel tank. Was running well up until this work was done. Hasn't been completely re-assembled as I was planning to update the computer and fuel rails with a new Edelbrock Pro Flo EFI XT kit. Unfortunately the items themselves are on backorder due to Covid. I have all the other parts needed to complete this installation and are included (ignition box, air filter, etc). In addition to that, I also have the wear components to maintain the suspension (gaskets, sway bar linkages, etc) that will be included.
This is a great looking and sounding car that can be up and running again with a little patience. You can either wait for the supply issues with Edelbrock parts, or clean/replace the existing injectors and you are good to go.
