the first year of production for the classic retractable.
Equipped with an upgraded 352ci V8 4bbl engine and Fordomatic transmission (both 1959/1960 date-cast components), Master-Guide power steering, MagicAire heater, fender skirts, front bumper over-rides, AM radio, single driver side exterior mirror, E78-14 Coker Classic wide whitewall tires, full wheel covers, chrome oval exhaust tips, clock and cigarette lighter.
Both new exhaust manifolds, new upper control arm bushings, repack front wheel bearings, near new brakes and other parts. Aligned front end. New weather stripping.
This beautifully restored car is among the nicest examples anywhere. Kept by a meticulous owner since 2013. Only driven 600 miles on beautiful days in the last 9 years and never wet. The power top is in full operating order. Gorgeous!
