Used 1961 VW Bus project for sale in Vancouver, OR

Well, finally decided i should sell my bus i have had for years, clean title, does not run,big project, price reflects that,started life as a SO24 Westfalia 11 window flip seat , have original flipseat and arms, have 1600 engine,started to make it a 23 window with some original parts,have green tint window and back side glass correct back hatch,the roof is all most done then it needs to be welded back on,have corners and pieces to complete the job, new pieces include engine cover, frt floor,cargo floor,rockers, everything to assemble but needs complete restoring,in lots of pieces,lots of welding,no trades,not sending more pictures come look at at,i have 15 different car projects and not going to get to it,not desparate to sell,if you dont know what a flipseat bus is or how rare look it up,price close to firm, that what i have in it thanks
