Vehicle Description
We bought this awesome car last summer from the 2nd owner, and it’s been really fun! I drive it to work at least once a week (Pasadena to Glendale and back), often more now that weather is perfect - and drove it down from Fresno area the day we bought it, a fun lil road trip.
It’s such a head-turner and conversation starter, you’ll make tons of new friends.
All original, low miles, garaged it’s whole life. Amazing condition for being 56 years old! Maintained excellently, look at those pics. See that original sales receipt? This is a rust-free California car.
I’ve only have to add oil and transmission fluid on occasion, and there are no water leaks at all. A nearby shop adjusted carburetor and added some little missing part to it to make it run smoother. Also has changed spark plugs and changed one wheel cylinder, and put new brake shoes up front to give it a bit better stop than it had when I got it. Brakes pretty good for being all drum.
Pretty much just drive it and wave at people 😀
It's been fun, but selling it as I have other projects I want to get to... and the kids could use the driveway space again... so I’m going to pass it along to the next classic car lover...
Email if you wanna come take a look. Title is clear, pink slip in hand, and no smog required! I don't know much about the history of it other than what's noted above - I saw it on craigslist, bought it, and have been driving it for a year, that's about all I know historically and what I noted above....
