Used 1963 Pontiac Catalina four-door with 389 great daily driver for sale in Chicopee, MA

Where to begin for sale I have a 1963 Pontiac Catalina. It has the original AC which was factory installed which does not work. But from what I understand this is a rare option. The interior is very original. There is one tear in the driver seat and is a stain there as well but beyond that the fabric is very clean. I have had a ton of work done to this including rebuilding the top end of the motor as well as the carburetor. I had six seatbelts installed that match the interior. I had the exhaust re-done. Part of the suspension re-done. As well as many other things. The motor runs very well and has less than 100 miles on it. It had about 93,000 miles on it when it was rebuilt. Tires have less than 500 miles on them. The paint is not great. Back passages side panel was repaired and never painted. Car has been poorly repainted. Oh door panels are torn and so is material on arm rest.

Things that it needs:

the carburetor needs to be adjusted.
The seal in the front end of the transmission leaks...
It was repainted at some point and the paint is not great.

Those are the only issues I know of...

It has been garaged since I have owned it.
