Vehicle Description
1964 Chevy 4x4 (Orange) and 1966 Parts Truck (Patina :-).
Selling both of them as a package deal, will not separate.
Orange truck has a clean title. Parts truck has no title.
These were part of my father-in-law's estate when he passed a few years ago, so we don't have all the details on them. But this orange Chevy was a passion project for my wife's dad. He got it a couple decades ago and fixed it up with the help of his girlfriend's son, who was a professional mechanic.
Rebuilt engine (we know for sure - not sure how high-performance it is, but it's spicier than stock)
Rebuilt transmission (we believe - but unsure)
The Orange truck ran and drove when we got it down off the mountain he lived on and drove it onto a trailer. I have a video of it running and driving when we got it down, I'll try to dig it up on an old computer. Believe it has a minor fuel issue, which causes it to sputter and stall. Otherwise sounds like you'd expect a nice fresh motor to run.
Orange truck is missing the bed. Parts truck has bedsides and tailgate - original wooden bed floor is long gone. Parts truck does not have an engine.
Not trying to make money on these - just trying to sell them for whatever they're worth. Fair price. We both leave happy.
Looked around online at pricing and auctions.
Asking $5900 OBO for the both of them. Think I'm in the ballpark.
Will consider all offers and possible trades (high-end optics, sporting goods, etc.)
Parts truck is still on a trailer, so I can deliver it to your place and we can tie it to something and drag it off. Whatever works for you.
