BACKDRAFT RACING Cobras are factory/hand built, so quality is consistant and closely monitored. This gives them intrinsic VALUE over the various "kit cars" out there built by who knows who ??!!
All components are BRAND-NEW, no "doner car" or "recycled" parts.
Four wheel independent, fully adjustable coil-over suspension, (BMW M-3) power disc brakes, mated to a custom-engineered tubular chassis.
Power is a 351W crate engine from Ford Racing, Dynoed at over 385HP. This gives the car ALL the power you could realistically need or want in a car like this, while delivering superb, dependable "drivability". With ONLY 3000 MILES on the clock, it's barely broken in.
Transmission is the Tremec 5 speed with "short throw" shifter option.
Nicely optioned with 17" Knock-off wheels; oil cooler; ceramic headers mated to polished stainless steel side pipes; dual racing mirrors; chrome fire extinguisher; "Secret Stereo" with 6 CD changer.
Titled as a "1965", it's exempt from current emission regulations in most states, and qualifies for antique insurance and tags.
