Vehicle Description
1965 Pontiac Grand Prix 2 door hardtop for sale. It is a daily driver and runs really good! It has a 350 pontiac engine from a 73 firebird that was rebuilt and put in the car about 5 years ago. Three speed automatic transmission. Only has about 1,000 miles on it. Transmission was re-built back in 2006 about, and since then only has maybe 2,000 miles on it. This has been my project car since i was in 8th grade, and with life getting so busy with the business i am running out of space to keep it and dont have the time to drive it and take care of it like it deserves.
The brakes need a little work, they are pretty touchy at the moment, but i have still been driving it. The trunk needs some work as well. I never did any work to the trunk growing up. Interior is in pretty good condition. Engine compartments is in pretty good shape. A couple spots on the body starting to rust a little. The car runs and drives straight and true and is a fun car to drive!
The original engine was a 389 big block, which will come with a respectable offer. It was re-built by cokers machine shop in anchorage, and we put it back together and could never get it to run right after the re-build. So the engine got abandoned and we swapped it for the current engine.
$9,000 OBO. Would like to have this gone before winter so make offers. Also willing to trade towards a bigfoot or northern lite cab over camper. Call or text 39eight - 18sevenzero
