Used 1965 Shelby Mustang Convertible Tribute for sale in Makawao, HI

Aloha Maui,

She's a 1965 factory coded 289 automatic Mustang Convertible that's been tastefully upgraded to a Hi-Po 302 with a tremec 5 speed manual gearbox. Brand new four wheel disc brake kit installed, rear air suspension and many other upgrades. Body has been outfitted with Shelby badging, side air scoops, roll bar, and fiberglass hood with air intake.

Everything works, including the nearly new power top. She has been tuned by an ex-professional racing mechanic who lives here on Maui to perform at her best given the island's tropical weather. The power train isn't overly aggressive, and outputs about 275 hp.

Body is in excellent condition, with just a few minor dings, the chrome bumpers are showing small rust spots but happy to have those replaced. Interior is vinyl and also in fantastic condition.

Registered on Maui, title is clean and in hand.
