Used 1968 Firebird 400 for sale in Holland , MI

This Bird has a very solid body, as it spent most of its life in Las Vegas. It has been configured as a drag car, and is tubbed with a shortened axle. Not sure about the axle ratio. It has long drag bars to keep the rear axle located, and has a fuel cell. The engine is reported to be over 455 cubic inches in displacement, but I can't verify that. It is, however VERY, VERY strong and runs good with its Holley double-pumper carb. Again, the body has not been modified and is very solid. Absolutely no rust in the floor pan or trunk, but there is some paint bubbling in a sail panel. The car has a roll bar, but is only qualified for certain classes and speeds. The transmission is a "race" Turbo 400 with a high-stall 9.5 converter and sequential shifter. We drove it in the Woodward Dream Cruise and it ran fine all day. With some effort this car could be put back to standard and made into a show car or could be finished off as a top-notch drag car. In full disclosure, the work on the car is okay, but not first class. It needs to be cleaned up, and I'm not in the position to do the work. I can get the details missing below.
