Vehicle Description
CALL OR TEXT ME AT show contact info . And please, no scammers. I was born at night but not last night.
1968 Oldsmobile 442 convertible with numbers matching big block 400 CID engine and TH auto trans.
Car runs beautifully, just like it did right out of the show room in 1968!
Engine still has its original valve covers (original factory gold paint still on them), along with so many other original parts throughout the entire car.
Real Deal 442 with 344 Vin.
Two owner southern car - Beautifully maintained, no rust all original body panels floors and trunk.
First owner bought it new on March 1968 from the Port Smith Oldsmobile dealership in St Petersburg Florida.
He sold it in 1979 to the second owner who lives here in Georgia and has owned the car for the past 40 years.
I have a copy of the original title showing the first owner’s name - selling it to the second owner.
Also have the original owner’s Protecto Plate Warranty Book (matching name, dealership info and Vin stamped into booklet), along with all of the original factory booklets that came with the car.
Car remains in its original factory colors of Provincial White exterior and Garnet Red interior.
Interior looks to be all original except for carpet. It’s in beautiful shape with no cracks on the dash, and the door panels and seats all look to be original and in beautiful condition.
Experts inspected this car and believe that from its overall condition, the 60k+ miles on the working Odometer are most likely correct.
Car has a CD player currently installed in it because the kids like to listen to music, but I have the original AM radio if you’d like to put it back in.
In the mid 80s the 2nd owner had the car re-sprayed in the factory correct Provincial White, and the original factory paint can still be seen on the inside of the fenders and trunk area (beautiful condition).
You don’t find that many original, numbers matching, rust free, real deal documented 442 convertibles left these days - Especially priced as low as I have it for sale.
Car is located in Cumming Georgia.
