Used 1969 Mustang GT Convertible Barn find for sale in Spring Branch, TX

Up for sale is a 1969 Mustang GT Convertible that has been stored in a barn for the last 30 years. It was last registered in 92. See youtube video for condition when I bought it. Cut and paste the link below.
Remarkably good shape for its age. This is a restoration project for someone. Has minimal rust. Looks like a previous owner patched up the foot wells. I just wanted to see if I could get it running to assess what works. This is originally a 302 with C4 but currently has a 351C w C4. When I pressure washed the car after picking it up the light blue paint came off down to a red primer. Some of the places that look like rust or just the rust colored primer. Looks like a previous owner primed it and then rattle canned the blue.

No title. Bill of sale only. Before I bought it I checked with the detective who does the inspections in the title shows no Rax and no thefts. Can apply for title through TXDMV

Since picking it up replaced with new:

spark plugs and wires
distributor cap
battery
new tires
all 4 brake cylinders

This was all that was done to get the car started and driving. 351 Cleveland starts up and runs. Runs a little rough. Assuming the Holley 4 barrel needs to be dialed in a cleaned. C4 transmission shifts smoothly. Leaking fluid through the shift lever. That's a few bucks for the seal and bushing.

The full interior has been replaced. The original seats were stripped, metal frames sanded and repainted. New burlap and cotton, foam fronts and Mach 1 style upholstery.
