Used 1970 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham with Rare Factory Sunroof for sale in MENASHA, WI

All original body repainted several years ago. Looks great from 10 ft but signs of amateur prep work up close. Passes the weak magnet test all around the bottom, completely solid body, zero filler. Rust bubbles starting to appear in few small spots along the bottom, and in the top layer of the trunk. Very easy minor repairs, no panel replacement needed, not even close.
The extremely rare factory sunroof needs occasional clutch adjustment (simple, takes seconds with a screwdriver), needs a little help when closing all the way, but still works fine.
Recent service to brakes, suspension, exhaust, fresh water pump, all fluids changed, complete tune-up. Runs, drives, turns, stops with no problems.
Only mechanical task remaining is driver side exhaust manifold leak, will need to be removed.
Cold AC, hot heat, all systems functioning.
All power windows and seat adjustments working fine, as well as Sentinel Lights feature, power trunk release and pull-down.
Wipers work including washer pump
Original top-of-the-line optional AM/FM stereo radio is not working.
Most chrome large and small is excellent. Both bumpers are beautiful (one ding in rear) some pitting on a few smaller trim pieces
Front and rear seats have been redone in a non-original pattern, excellent durable materials, in excellent condition.
There is some wear damage on the driver's door panel vinyl and a crack in the upper dash pad
Exterior vinyl top is superb with no bubbles, no damage, no wear visible.
Original, correct wheel covers in great shape are included. Wire wheel covers shown are later factory Cadillac parts and just look nicer in my opinion.
Lots of fun to drive and ready to go anywhere right now.

This is the last year that the Fleetwood Brougham stood as a separate model with its own longer wheel base, unique roof line and interior options compared to the DeVille models. Later versions were simply a trim level upgrade.

Lots of valuable hard-to-find parts and documentation are also available separately. Will work out a deal on any/all of these if buyer is interested. Any parts left over will be sold only once the car is gone. Includes:
