Used 1970 Z28 Camaro, REAL DEAL! for sale in North Platte, CO

After much consideration I have decide to sell my REAL DEAL 1970 Z28 CAMARO, the car began as a rust free California Z car, never wrecked, all original sheet metal, it was taken apart and soda blasted, completely restored to near original condition. Not number matching but everything is period correct, engine, completely rebuilt Muncie M21 4 speed transmission, original Hurst shifter with original white cue ball style shifter knob 12 bolt posi rear end with original GM 4:11 gears and all rebuilt. Original Z28 anti sway bars front and rear, Engine is a 3 9/16 stroked 350 with 11:1 compression, BRAND NEW OEM 360 horse GM 7140 Z28 solid lifter camshaft. Block is GM high nickel 4 bolt main, crank is steel 1182 GM offset ground to small journal diameter by Windberg crankshaft in Denver, heads are aluminum Dart 220cc runner, VERY GOOD HEADS!! Competition cams stainless roller rockers, Protronix electronic ignition fitted into GM distributor, The block is not original, The carb is a GM new 780 holley double pumper but for 72 Z 28. Has been modified by Chuck Spanel at Spanel racing engines in Lincoln Nebraska. Included with the car will be the original 2.02 steel heads, the original (and very hard to get) winters “Snowflake” intake manifold, and the original Z28 exhaust manifolds. This engine makes a ton of power and the car runs EXTREMELY STRONG!!!! I also have the original air cleaner. The interior is in amazing condition, carpet, seats, headliner are all perfect! Has factory rear window defogger. Z28 exclusive gas pedal that is hinged on the floor! Trunk is perfect with factory trunk mat, spare tire, jack, and jack cover. Paint is Daytona Yellow with correct black Z stripes, I would rate the paint a very strong 9 out of 10, with no visible flaws!! Original Z28 wheels in A1 condition!! The man that built the car WON the stock division 2 times at the Super Chevy show at Bandimere speedway in Denver, it is very difficult to even get a car entered into the stock division, let alone win it twice!!! The tail light lenses are EXTREMELY RARE! They are molded with a DZ insignia in the center of the lens, the DZ was a 69 only designation and a completely different configuration than the 1970, VERY FEW EVEN IN EXISTENCE!! The only aftermarket body/interior parts are the seat covers and dash pad, carpet,headliner and windshield!
The car needs nothing to drive it to the first show or cruise night!
