Vehicle Description
Selling my 1973 VW Transporter Type 2. It is not currently running, and has been sitting for about two years. I believe the issue is a faulty fuel pump. Steering is loose as well.
Prior to this I did a fair amount of work and was able to take this on a 3000 mile trip around the country. The tires, engine, and carb all have fewer than 5000 miles on them. The vehicle also has a nice vinyl interior. There is a fair amount of rust, and I believe all of the primary concerns are present in the pictures.
I am in the process of purchasing a house and do not plan on bringing the vehicle with me. The vehicle will require work/maintenance, and I would not recommend this vehicle without mechanical knowledge. Serious cash inquiries only.
