Vehicle Description
This is an excellent condition 1974 MGB that had many new parts on it.
I have spent several months working on this car getting it ready to drive only to find that with my new total knee replacement, I can not bend my leg enough to get into the car. Not a happy camper.
New tires, new battery, new heater control in block, new distributor, new points, condenser,rotor, and cap. New spark plugs, new rear brakes, new rear brake cylinder, new master cylinder, re-built Webber carburetor, new top, and a fresh oil change and filter. Car comes with several spare parts and two shop manuals.
Car starts and runs great. 4 speed transmission.
Car also comes with a hard top, toneau cover, and a top boot/ cover as wall as a cloth storage cover.
Rhode Island does not issue titles for cars over 10 years old so I do not have a RI title. I have registration data.
This would be a great Christmas Gift for yourself of a great friend wife girlfriend or boyfriend.
Update 12/6/20 I have receipts from previous owner who spent over $8,000 restoring this car in 2003.
New clutch and pressure plate, king pins and tie Rod, clutch master cylinder, re fleshing of engine, etc. etc.
I have had the car for 13 years.
