Used 1975 Toyota Corolla 13B P-Port Rotary for sale in Kiel, WI

Up for sale is my 13b PP rotary swapped 1975 Toyota Corolla (TE31). I started this project almost 3 years ago when I bought the car with a blown engine (original 2TC) and I have just recently "finished" it. Unfortunately, due to my own personal reasons, having 3 other vehicles to maintain/upkeep, limited storage space, and wanting to get back into other motorsports, I'm looking to sell the car as I now have it running & driving.

Engine: 13B Peripheral Port N/A (Est. 30 miles on motor) the majority of these engine parts, seals, etc. have been purchased from MazdaTrix, Racing Beat, Pineapple Racing, NRS Rotorsports, or Atkins Rotary with receipts/order confirmations for proof of purchase if requested, just ask.
- S5 Front, middle, and rear irons:
- All ports have been epoxy filled for peripheral port application and block-off plates applied where needed
- Rotor wear surfaces & water jacket grooves within Mazda spec. for rebuild
- RX8 Stationary bearings (P/N: NF01-10-E04)
- RX7 FD Hardened Front & Rear Stationary gears
- All new oil passage blind plugs due to removal for parts cleaning
- Oil galleys smoothed for front & rear stationary bearing feed
- Mazda factory water jacket seals installed with Hylomar

- S4 TII Peripheral Port Rotor Housings:
- Resurfaced for rebuild; wear surface & water jacket sealing surfaces within Mazda spec.
- Minimum. chrome flaking (See attached)
- Oil injection holes blocked off (Car runs premix)
- Powder coated light/sky blue
- Custom aluminum intake manifold w/Weber 48/51 IDA flange & 2" OD runners

- RX8 Rotors & Rotating assembly:
- RX8 rotors were purchased as a matching weight set w/ E-shaft
- NRS Ceramic Power Seals (Picture and Receipt attached for proof)
- Rotor apex grooves have been milled to accept taller RX7 13b apex seals
- Race clearance rotor bearings (P/N: 4801-11-111)
- RX8 OEM Mazda rotor spring & seal set(s) with Viton O-rings for inner & outer oil control rings and oil scraper rings
- RX7 corner seals (Needed to accept RX7 apex seals)

- Lubrication System: (Valvoline 20W-50 VR1 Racing Oil & Mazda OEM filter)
- OMP deleted, car runs premix (1oz. per gal)
- OMP block-off plate installed & port in front cover blocked
- New 93-95 FD Oil Pump (NF01-14-100)
- Rear oil pressure regulator shimmed
- Oil thermal pellet mod
- TII oil cooler w/ thermostat bypass
- -10AN braided oil feed & return lines for cooler
- RX7 GSL-SE oil pan w/ oil level switch removed

- Cooling System:
- RX7 FB 3-row aluminum radiator (bottom neck modified to match FC housing neck)
- New 13"Spal pusher fan (P/N: 30102045)
- New S4 water pump on TII pump housing
- New upper & lower radiator hoses
- New Spal 195 degree fan switch
- New Mazda 86-88 185 degree thermostat (8AF1-15-171-9U)

- Ignition System:
- MSD 6AL-2 (with 2-step rev limiter)
- (3) MSD Blaster SS Coils (P/N: 8207)
- NGK BUR9EQ V-Power Plugs
- MSD Street Fire plug wire set (P/N: 5553)
- 85 RX7 Distributor w/ new cap & rotor (Mechanical advance locked out & vacuum advance disabled)

Fuel & Intake System:
- EMPI 51 IDA w/Enlarged float bowl (Needs to be re-jetted, currently runs rich)
- K/N Weber 48/51 IDA 4.5" air filter assembly (P/N: KNN-56-1220)
- Holley Black 140GPH Fuel Pump (P/N: 12-815-1)
- Holley 100 Mic. HP Billet Fuel Filter (Pre-Pump)
- Pro. Products 10 Mic. Inline Fuel Filter Assembly (Pre-Carb.)
- 3/8" Zinc plated steel fuel feed & return lines
- Holley 4.5-9psi bypass FPR (P/N: 12-803BP) w/3.5psi spring for carb. requirements
- 6AN stainless fuel line from FPR to Carb w/Russell fittings

Exhaust System: (See pictures)
- Custom Racing Beat Road Race header wrapped w/DEI Titanium wrap
-(2) AEM widebands mounted in each runner
- All header hardware is inconel (Mazda factory) to reduce chance of flange warping under heat cycles
- 2" SCH 40 equal length runners
- Racing Beat Road Race Presilencer (P/N: 16448)
- XForce Varex adjustable stainless muffler (P/N: VMK11-300)
- 3" inlet with 4" dump tip
- Infinite adjustable muffler with switch control mounted in center console (Switch labelled "Exh") Super handy on the street if you've got neighbors or police around. Keeps the neighbors happy & keeps the rotary quiet in closed position. Open it up in the country or freeway so the engine isn't so choked up.

Transmission & Driveshaft: (Replaced parts purchased through Mazdatrix)
- S4 Turbo II 5-Speed transmission
- Newly rebuilt tail housing with all shifter bushing kit and return spring
- New OEM Mazda dust boot (P/N: M501-17-480A)
- New front cover gasket, front input seal, & rear output seal
- All gears work flawlessly, no grinding between gears
- Royal Purple SAE 80W-90 Max Gear
- Custom made & balanced driveshaft by A-1 Drive Shaft in MKE, WI

Clutch & Flywheel:
- RX8 rear Automatic counterweight
- Clutchmax 11lbs flywheel w/ARP hardware
- Excedy Clutch Pro-Kit
- Exedy SC614 Clutch slave Cylinder
- Mazdatrix 86-88 RX7 Stainless clutch slave line
- Asisn CMT-047 Clutch master cylinder

Chassis Electrical: (The enitre original chassis and engine harness was removed and replaced)
- Painless Performance 10102 Classic Customizable Chassis Harness (21 Circuits)
- Matched to steering column with re-pinned original connector, everything works just as factory with updated fuse box & relays from headlights & signals to cig lighter and dome light
- All connections have been either soldered or crimp connected where best suitable
- New RX7 N/A automatic starter (Higher output at 2.7HP) (P/N: 16932S)
- Newly installed RX7 86-88 re-man. alternator
- New Everstart Battery (Group 35 - 640CCA) mounted in trunk
- New Vintage Air Gen-II Heater (P/N: 506101)
- Infinite heat adjustment
- 3 fan speeds
- Floor, panel, defroster, or mix setting
Brakes:
- Tuff Stuff Performance Brake Master Cylinder (P/N: 2019NB)
- Wilwood Brake Proportioning Valve (P/N: 260-8419) (For rear brakes)
- Brand new steel lines from master cylinder to front brake calipers and rear axle
- Lines tucked and ran on back side of firewall and ran to wheel well

Interior:
- Driver's side floor pan & part of passenger side floor pan has been replaced
- Each has been cut, welded, joints filled with POR filler, each piece has been painted with POR-15, and then covered with truck bed liner

- Entire floor of vehicle was cleaned, prepped, and covered with Rhino Liner roll on bed liner
- Transmission tunnel modified to fit TII transmission, shifter located in comfortable position without extra reach
- Driver's seat and passenger seat both have tears

Gauges:
- Autometer 1-10,000RPM tachometer temp. mounted in glove box
- Autometer 100-250 degree water temp gauge temp. mounted in glove box
- Autometer 0-100 PSI electronic oil pressure gauge mounted in OEM gauge cluster
- (2) AEM UEGO Wideband gauges mounted in center console
- One per exhaust runner
- One is missing a o2 sensor that will have to be replaced, had an old one in that failed and haven't gotten to replace it yet.
- Factory speedo, water temp, and fuel gauge in cluster all work

Exterior:
- Front and rear bumper mounts have been shaved to bring both bumpers closer and sit flush to car
- Oil cooler mounted on exterior of vehicle with lines exposed. No room between front cowl and radiator support with fan in the way, so I went this route and kind like the look.
- All light assemblies work and no cracks in glass, 2 small chips in windshield
- ((KONIG REWIND 14's WILL BE REMOVED AND CAR WILL BE SOLD WITH 14" CELICA SUPRA WHEELS, SEE PICTURE FOR EXAMPLE))

The car is currently running and driving, but as stated above, will need a couple carb adjustments in the future due to it currently running on the rich side of things. The only other thing that I would possibly recommend is changing leaf spring shims for a bit more pinion angle. Asking $5,500 OBO
