Used 1976 Pontiac Trans Am Very Original - cars & trucks - by owner -... for sale in Prescott, AZ

By owner, please read entire ad. 1976 Pontiac Trans AM, 400, Automatic. The car is very original except for the exterior color change, done years ago (the TA was originally white). The original deluxe Firethorn (dark red) interior is still in the car. I believe I am the second owner. The red paint job is old, cheap and shot, however the body is great! You would be hard pressed to find any 44 year old car with less rust. The Trans Am spent its entire life in the desert (Indio, CA), I moved it to Prescott, AZ about 6 months ago. The car deserves to be restored properly. The engine does turn over. The original turbo 350 transmission went bad in 1997 (still in the car) and it has been sitting ever since. I also have a rebuilt turbo 350 transmission that comes with the car. I have a bunch of new and used parts that I’m including in the sale of the car, like all new fender flares, etc. By appointment only!! You would need to bring a trailer, the car does NOT run! The odometer shows 72,312, it’s possible it’s original but I’m selling as unknown. I am absolutely firm on the price. Clean AZ title in my name in hand. I posted a photo of what the car looked like new (only so you can see the original color combination, not the actual car). Serious inquires only. If it’s still listed, it’s still for sale. I’m not in a hurry to sell, so save your lowball offers.
