Used 1978 Chevrolet Nomad Van for sale in Port Salerno, FL

It’s time to sell Norman The Nomad. He’s a 1978 Chevrolet G Van with the Nomad Pkg. I have all of the original interior panels and rear seat, excluding headliner. Also included is a extra complete doghouse and a ton of new trim lock window seal. The engine was replaced with a new Summit Racing Motor about 4000 miles ago and also has Holley Intake and Carb. The transmission is 3spd and has just been rebuilt by a local certified transmission shop. I just completed a 1800 mile camping trip without a single hiccup. The interior has been completely redone(front seats are original and show it!) the bed platform holds a queen short. Under the bed is ample storage, spare tire, AGM House Battery with 3000 watt inverter. In the forward compartment of bed facing cab is a hidden JL Audio System: Pioneer Head Unit Display, 2x JL Audio 6x9inch coaxial speakers along with a 10inch JL Audio subwoofer in custom enclosure. In the front dash 2x JL 3.5inch coaxial speakers. Everything is driven by a 5 channel JL Amp. The interior has been completely insulated and subfloor throughout. It does have AC but it does not work at the moment and I have no idea why. The passenger vent window hinge…? Broke so I taped it shut for my road trip. As seen in a few pics that there are small rust spots at the forward most point of both side doors. The heater core was also removed a few years ago. I have a 4inch thick file of receipts of all work and parts, all work was done by local certified shops and mechanics. Since it Is dual battery a upgraded high amp alternator was also installed. This was my daily driver for years and it’s truly the best riding automobile I own.The van is located in South Florida, bring a pillow and driver her home. Trades considered 🏽
