Used 1978 Ford F350 Pickup for sale in El Cajon, CA

F350 Ranger XLT Pickup, 460, C6, 9200 GVRW 98k total miles, 31k on a John Tipton rebuild ($2600). New parts: Fuel tank ($153), two years old, instrument cluster pod ($75) two yo, Belden spark plug wires ($45) 10 yo, Interstate battery 6-21-18 ($173), Voltage regulator ($16), two months old, Exhaust mani gaskets ($19) one yo, Dist cap, rotor, plugs ($55) two yo. Rebuilt: Starter ($60) 10yo, Power steering pump ($243) 28 yo, R&R rear springs ($305) 28 yo, added two per side (instead of rearcing), near new Firestone Transport E rated tires, new rear brakes, new axle seals and repacking ($1227) twelve yo, registered and smogged till July, ($277). The carburator was rebuilt 20 yo, I don't have the receipt. I went across the scales at Cuyamaca Dump at 6600 lbs. with an inch to go to the bumpers. Its beat up, I was on my way to restoring it but health problems intervened. This truck got only about 500 miles a year on the odo in it's last years, with desert trips and vacations thrown in, that's why it's so low. The previous owner hauled a trailer around the US, and overheated it many times making a rebuild happen at 67k. It is the perfect father-son project. Just here there are $5000 in parts, I have all of the receipts.
