Used 1980 Mercedes 450SLC - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle automotive... for sale in Norwalk, NY

No Title as Connecticut does not issue those for old cars.
Only trades (up or down) considered would be a Jaguar XJ6 or an El Camino,

Sharp looking car with nice interior currently registered and insured. I’d call it a drive able project car as it does need a fair amount of mechanical work.
Lorinser rims.
Fuel system and ignition have been serviced with new parts. Start right up runs and drives, I take it to work sometimes. New shocks and brake master cylinder.

What I know it needs :
• Front subframe bushings (included with the car)
• Front end rebuild (A-arm bushings, ball joints etc) and alignment
• Left front brake caliper hangs up.
• Tires (they are 20 years old and dry rotted)
• Exhaust pipe leaks right after the cat I'd cut out the cat and replace it with a pieces of pipe.
• Dash lights do not work
• There is only heat on the defroster rest of the automatic climate control does not work look it up this may be involved.
• Some small rust spots as can be seen in pictures, rear window may leak if you keep it outside.
Car is in storage in Norwalk but I can drive it home in Danbury if you'd prefer. If need be I can deliver within reasonable distance.
