Vehicle Description
Sadly selling my sweet van. It's been such a fun time living and traveling in it the last year. I can't afford to put a new engine in it but it's totally worth it! A great investment (these cars don't lose their value, and also its just an awesome van). The body is in great shape (I forgot to take a picture but there is a dent on the driver's side front corner), very minor rust as it has seen no new England winters (body is from Idaho and it was garaged in the winters in Vermont most of its life). This van is a classic!
Things that I have done/my mechanic has done in the last year:
Tuneup (new spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributer cap, ignition coil, valve gaskets)
New rear brakes
New clutch master cylinder
New fuel filter + fuel lines leading to it
New steering shaft joint
Replaced rear blinker bulbs
It has a modern sound system that is great!
I've mostly renovated the interior. It has plenty of storage space with birch plywood shelves, and a bed frame that slides forward to reveal the engine in the back. I've sound proofed the whole rear part of the van and insulated everything that is covered with plywood siding. I also installed a bamboo corkboard floor that is super stylish.
The pop top works! You can sleep an extra two people up there or just have your bed up there and store things below.
I will throw in a box of spare parts for free! Including new sliding door hinge.
Please only serious offers.
