Used 1982 Mercedes Benz 300CD for sale in Sykesville, MD

I had originally bought this diesel 300CD in order to convert it to a Waste Veggie Oil car, but life and other projects got in the way. I fixed up everything mechanical I could find other than the driver's window and the sunroof - I think it's off the track or something and I mostly hate dealing with doors and window regulators.

The following is a brief list of fixes since I bought it earlier this year (03/2021):
- replaced tires (less than 500 miles on them)
- replaced fuel pre-filter
- replaced fuel main filter
- replaced power steering fluid + filter
- rebuilt vacuum check valve
- replaced vacuum splitters
- replaced alternator/water pump/power steering belts
- replaced front wheel lug nuts
- replaced all rotors
- replaced front brake pads
- repacked/greased front wheel hubs
- changed oil/filter
- changed trans oil/filter
- flushed brake fluid
- removed EGR
- replaced broken turbo wastegate boost line
- replaced alternator
- removed ALDA
- replaced all brake light bulbs
- re-welded air box mount
- patched exhaust leak
- replaced trunk weather seal
- re-soldered instrument panel grounding (fixed tachometer)
- replaced engine air filter
- replaced lower coolant hose
- cleaned fuel sender unit/replaced gasket (fixed fuel gauge readout)
- tapped/threaded thermostat housing for temp sensor
- mechanical clutch fan to electric fan + relay conversion
- replaced fuses
- re-soldered failed CCU solder joints (fixed blower motor)
- replaced CV joints & diff seals
- changed diff fluid
- replaced a/c belt
- replaced a/c drier/receiver
- replaced instrument cluster bulbs
- replaced a/c pressure switch
- replaced a/c expansion valve
- recharged a/c refrigerant (r134a)

The following are the known issues that I've found:
- driver's window off track/something wonky (motor works)
- rear windows only move slightly
- paint peeling
- rust on driver's floorboard
- rust on rear driver's side control arm
- rust in spare tire area
- sunroof (water tight but maybe the motor is broken?)
- stereo doesn't work
- dash is aged/cracked
