Vehicle Description
This 1983 Chevrolet Blazer is a truly unique find. it is largely original with very little wear and tear considering its age. Bought by the current owner in 1983 it spent most of its life in Lake Tahoe as a winter vehicle, but often washed and kept clean there is absolutely no rust on the frame or body. This Blazer is equipped with the original "6.2 Litre" Detroit Diesel engine and automatic overdrive transmission. It is also a 4x4. Everything on the vehicle is functional, including the A/C, and there is an extensive service history. The only real modification is a check valve added to the fuel system to prevent a hard start issue that is common with Detroit Diesel Chevrolets. Recent services within the last two years include:
