*Classic* 1983 Mercedes-Benz 300D Sedan (W123)
Owned by a retired lady until I bought it in 2017. It’s a super fun classic Mercedes-Benz, however, I just got a Fiat 600 that I want to dedicate my time & energy to.

🔶 Engine: OM617 5 cylinder Turbo-Diesel
🔸 Transmission: 4-speed automatic
🔶 Runs? Yes
🔸 Recent work done? New alternator less than 3000 miles ago, Glow plugs replaced, Front brake pads and rotors, Rear pad, rear main transmission seal. Driveline rubber supports and boots.
The Good:
☑️ Starts Every time
☑️ Complete project
☑️ Classic 80’s color combo
☑️ Immaculate interior and undercarriage
☑️ Very original paint, interior & powertrain
☑️ Famous engine known for going beyond 500K miles
The Bad:
☑️ Doesn’t come out of 2nd gear after the rear main seal was replaced
☑️ Lags before going into reverse, goes 1st to 2nd but won’t come out of second gear. Trans requires an adjustment that is beyond my skill set.
☑️ Paint had some light scuffs and scratches
☑️ Small quarter size dent on the hood, paint is heavily oxidized
☑️ Driver's mirror is cracked, does not affect the usability
