Vehicle Description
After grappling with the decision for a while, I've decided to sell this gorgeous gem. This car needs to belong to someone who will drive it daily, or at least a few times a week. If you know these cars, then you know they are designed to run frequently and for hundreds of thousands of miles. There is a reason they are called the "million mile machines"! I work from home and this is my second vehicle, so basically, I just drive it on the weekends, which is not ideal, especially as the weather turns colder. In winters past, I've kept the engine nice and toasty with a block heater. Until last year, she was my only car so while I don't commute for work, she was driven more than she is now. This beauty always starts right up. She's been incredibly well maintained by myself and her three previous owners. If you'd like a super cool, reliable, daily driver, this car is for you. She's got 198K original miles -- in other words -- she's just getting started! Both the interior and exterior are nearly mint. The dash is perfect and the upholstery is flawless. The car still has it's original first aid kit and tool kit -- both are fully complete. So cool! The car is an excellent candidate for biodiesel or straight veggie fuel conversion. The conversion for this year/make/model is easy and inexpensive. I have records from 2006 - present. This car has been babied. Zero rust. Too many part replacements to mention. Everything works! We replaced the blower motor at the beginning of this year so you'll be nice and toasty driving around this winter. The tires have less than 500 miles on them. I just had our mechanic go through the engine to make sure it was in tip top shape to sell. He replaced fuel lines and said everything else looked wonderful. I ran the car through AutoCheck this morning. If you're interested in the car, don't spend the $25 on the report, I have it and I am glad to share it! I just can't manage to copy and paste the report without it looking jumbled. "This vehicle's AutoCheck Score: 52. Other comparable 1985 vehicles in the Upscale - Luxury typically score between 25-45. The AutoCheck Score is based on a vehicle's history such as vehicle class and age, number of owners, accident and damage history, title brands, odometer readings etc. This score is used to compare vehicle's favorability against the entire market of vehicles with the same scoring system". Thanks for looking! Get in touch if you're interested! I think she'll go fast; 300Ds in this condition are not easy to come by!
