Vehicle Description
The perfect winter project! My kid is ready to move on from his project Fiero, and decided he wants his truck to be his money pit instead 🤣
He has an '85 with 95k on it according to odometer. Iron Duke. (2.5L I4) It sat for a long, long time before he got it. It now runs and drives.
The Good:
New tires.
Freshly acid washed fuel tank inside to remove rust and a new fuel pump.
New fuel filter.
New battery.
New plugs.
New plug wires.
New wipers.
New Oil Pressure sending unit.
New alternator.
Fresh synthetic oil change.
New air filter.
Probably forgetting some other new parts.
The bad.
Pop up lights have to manually raised as motors don't work.
Brakes are a little sticky... But we haven't done any brake work to it since he got it. Most likely pins need some lubrication.
Dash lights incognito...
Various other odds and ends broken or needed.
It actually goes down the road pretty nice. Doesn't really shake or anything. Shifts are smooth.
As mentioned, it needs some various bits and pieces... It's not perfect but it's mostly all there and restorable.
Asking $1900 obo. Located north of Sioux Falls.
