Used 1986 Volkswagen Vanagon Syncro 4x4 - Restored for sale in Redmond, CA

86 VW Vanagon Triple Knob Syncro with Subaru EJ22 Engine. I purchased this syncro 3 years ago with 95000 miles and stripped the underside down to the frame. It was bedlinered and built back up with all new parts. Removable frame components were professionally powder coated. Below is a list of the things done to the van and I'm sure I probably forgot a few. I have put quite a bit of time and money into this, I've invested over $40K into the van and the next step was to do a pop top conversion, paint job and build out the interior. I decided to go back to school and don't have the time to finish it off. I'm not hurting for money so please don't lo-ball me, I just won't respond. Stainless steel coolant pipes, all new radiator hoses and radiator.
New heater core with all new heater lines.

The clutch had just been replaced in the van so I re-used that and the fuel pump, other than that everything underneath is new with only about 4k miles on it.
Many other things done that I just can't think of off hand and I saved every receipt
