Used 1987 Dodge Diplomat CHP Police for sale in Redding, CA

I have a former CHP Diplomat Police Car that could be restored. I purchased it directly from the state years ago. It has been sitting since. This one runs and drives. It has been picked up in the rear with a forklift and the original owner smashed the gas tank. I have a replacement tank and spare parts to complete it. It has less than 100K miles. Clear CA title on a non-op.
